The customer agrees, by completing the registration form, that they accept the Terms and Conditions.
CLASS REGISTRATION & FEES

All students must be registered before their first class.

Places are confirmed once a completed registration form has been received. This is completed when booking tickets.

For children's sessions, class payment can be paid on a ‘Pay As You Go’ basis, or as a block booking. Payment must be made before the lesson begins via the website. www.nurturenaturecollective.co.uk

The fee covers a one hour garden session for children's sessions and 4 hours (over 2 evenings) for the adult course.

Additional/extended sessions can be arranged by prior agreement with Nurture Nature Collective

All prices are subject to change however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

I will do everything possible to ensure that no lessons are cancelled, however should I be unable to work due to illness or that of my dependents I will attempt to rearrange lessons in the first instance. If this is not possible, I will offer a refund/deferred payment for a future session.​

SAFETY OF CHILDREN DURING CHILDREN'S SESSIONS

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/child minder to ensure that any medical or SEND needs/requirements are disclosed at the time of registration and, where appropriate discussed with Nurture Nature Collective.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/child minder to ensure that any allergies are disclosed at the time of registration and, where appropriate, discussed with Nurture Nature Collective. Nurture Nature Garden Club do not routinely use nuts in any activity and we do not have any nut trees growing on site, however, we cannot guarantee the things we find in nature.

It is responsibility of the parent/guardian/child minder to ensure that children understand the importance of working safely in the outdoor space and that they have read our ‘Health and Safety Policy’. Parents/guardians/childminders may request at any time to see a copy of the ‘Risk Assessment for Setting and Activities’

SAFETY OF ADULTS DURING ADULT'S SESSIONS

It is the responsibility of the adult attending the adult course to ensure that any allergy, medical or accessibility information is disclosed at the time of registration and where appropriate, discussed with Nurture Nature Collective.
​Kate at Nurture Nature Collective holds an Enhanced DBS and has had considerable training in safeguarding. She is familiar with and confident in all aspects of both ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024’ and ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’. Parents/guardians/child minders may request at any time to see a copy of Nurture Nature Collective’s ‘Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy’.

Your contact details will be stored on an electronic storage and retrieval system which will be created for the exclusive use of Nurture Nature Garden Club for keeping in contact with you about your child’s classes. This data will not be used by any third party without prior consent.

You have the right to request the removal of all personal data from Nurture Nature Collective’s systems at any time.
Nurture Nature Collective has suitable public liability insurance and safety is of the utmost importance to us.
